The Newcomen Neighbour Action Plan was drawn up in 2012

Extract:- Our Neighbourhood Action Plan sets out our priorities and ideas for improvement in Newcomen, which have been identified by local residents and agencies.
In particular the Plan identifies key issues in your neighbourhood and includes actions that will be implemented by the Council and its partners (both public and voluntary) to meet the needs of your community in Newcomen.
These can cover a range of social, economic and environmental issues which include community safety, leisure and access to services and facilities.


Our Neighbourhood Action Partnership oversees the development, delivery and annual refreshment of this Plan. It consists of elected members and partners of Cleveland fire brigade, Cleveland Police Authority, Cleveland Health Authority, representatives
from the voluntary and community sector and the Council,s Neighbourhood management team.

Progress made against the actions in the plan will be monitored by the relevant service teams and the Neighbourhood management team.
